Destiny Nyree is a New York born and raised performing artist currently based in The Bronx, NYC! You can catch her on the cover of Dark & Lovely’s latest hair dye box “Poppin’ Pink” or acting, singing and dancing in some of nyc’s latest shows.

I’ve evolved from the church choir, to my hometown dance studio - Sunshine Dance Studios, to my high school Drama Club which eventually landed me at Marymount Manhattan College where I recently graduated with my BFA in Musical Theatre May 2025! I knew that this was my calling after I opened a production of Hairspray in 2019 as Motormouth Maybelle. The sense of collective connection, humanity and power that I felt then is what I am making an effort to carry with me in all that I do now.
